A visual reminder many fears are rooted in the unknown.
The initial exploration of how the photos worked together. Often each idea goes through a series of quick sketches and ruff collaging until I settle on something that feels right.
This is how I layered all the photos in Photoshop to create the final image.
Representation of Fear:
Barren Landscape, working through ideas is a lonely process.
Rock Outcroppings, difficult challenges stand between myself and where I want to go.
Water, ideas gain complexity enticing me to get lost in the vast concepts.
Stumps, not everything works out and failure is part of the process.
Clouds, life shift sometimes unexpectedly.
Dress, fictitious expectations controlling my held beliefs.
Darkness, the future can not be seen.

Moon, a beacon holding my dreams
Light, ideas illuminate the path forward.
Night, a vast magical cosmos waiting to be explored.
